College begins in kindergarten

KIPP VOICE Academy is part of the free public school system and enrollment is open to all students. We prepare students with the knowledge, skills, habits, and character for success in college and life. Integral to the school’s program are its core values, represented by the word VOICE – Vision, Optimism, Imagination, Community, and Empowerment.

  • Post Masters in Educational Leadership, New Jersey City University.

Richele joined the KIPP Jacksonville team in 2020. She has provided 18 years of service and dedication to educating amazing children, who she affectionately refers to as “her babies”. Her educational career includes teaching, instructional coaching, and leadership in her hometown Paterson, NJ, and currently in Jacksonville, FL. In her new role as School Leader at KIPP VOICE Academy, she will connect with scholars and staff to cultivate an environment for high-quality education and assessments. She wants to build strong relationships with parents and teachers to promote a collaborative approach to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. During her free time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing, reading, and most of all spending time with her family.
