PROCEDURES FOR PARENT/GUARDIAN CONCERNS
While we hope to always have a productive and pleasant experience with all of our families, if a parent has a concern or disagreement, they should adhere to the following chain of communication:
Discuss the matter with the teacher and attempt to resolve the disagreement through informal discussion.
If there is no resolution to the problem, the parent or guardian should then contact the grade level chair.
Any problems that are not resolved with the grade level chair should be submitted to the assistant principal.
Any problems that are not resolved with the assistant principal should be submitted to the school principal.
Any problems that are not resolved with the school principal should be submitted to the parent liaison.
Any problems that are not resolved with the parent liaison should be submitted to the Chief Schools Officer.
Any problems that are not resolved with the Chief Schools Officer should be submitted to the Executive Director.
Any problems that are not resolved with the Executive Director should be submitted to the Board. At this time the Executive Director will share the contact information of the Board.
