We offer competitive salary based on years of experience. Starting pay for a leader teacher is $50,000.

Persist with Purpose Bonus
We honor the commitment and amazing work that our teachers bring year after year by providing a 10-year bonus of $5,000 plus 5 additional PTO days.
We offer additional stipends for teachers who join our organization with master’s degrees, grade-level chairs, and content team leads.
Every full-time staff member at KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is applicable for a $1,000 referral bonus. We believe that great teachers recruit great teachers. Submit a contact that leads to their hire, and you will receive the stipend.
