We offer a competitive salary based on years of experience. Starting pay for a lead teacher is $50,000. Our teachers enjoy 3-day weekends every month and 29 paid days off during the school year. We are proud to offer paid parental leave for all parents. Plus, KIPP teachers receive free teaching supplies and access to fully stocked breakrooms.   

Using tailored professional development strategies, we aim to bring all components of the cohesive coaching cycle together, including internalizing lessons, observing instruction with real-time coaching, and using student data to drive instructional decisions.

We offer additional stipends for teachers who join our organization with master’s degrees, grade-level chairs, and content team leads.
