We foster an inclusive environment where each member of our school community can reach their full potential.
High-quality teaching in our classrooms is not only about getting great academic results; it must also be about encouraging and equipping our students to use their voices to call out injustice and to build a more just world. We are more committed than ever to making sure ALL decisions that affect students and staff at KIPP Jacksonville are filtered through a lens of equity and racial justice.

How We’re Learning
At KIPP JAX, we are deeply committed to anti-racism work, which we’ve identified as absolutely necessary in accomplishing our collective goals.

Part of this mission includes working to deepen our understanding of the history of racism within our community and our country. We do this by completing regular racial equity training throughout the school year. The KIPP JAX Equity Director of Equity and Engagement, Dr. Erin Almond, please a crucial role in this process and growth.
To ensure we are engaging in racial equity conversations grounded in shared definitions of terms, we utilized and follow the KIPP Equity Glossary.
